Performed in collaboration with Meridiano Zero, the work is aimed to promote sustainable tourism development, seeking employment opportunities and improving the quality of life of neighbors.
Our intervention focuses on urban analysis, specially in terms of mobility and public space. Some improvement actions are proposed:
– Recovery and conditioning of small spaces for walking, resting or meeting.
– Public space regeneration through small interventions in fountains, pavement, lighting, signalization, urban furniture, trees and other urban elements.
– New design of the road crossing the village, in order to get an effective reduction of vehicle speed, to a maximum of 30 Km/h, as well as coexistence with traffic and crosswalks, improving accessibility and safety.
– Creation of a central space for meeting, celebration and game, incorporating citizen participation in the process.
