This urbanization project for the a courtyard (Irukaleak) is drafted with paved and green areas that facilitate the enjoyment of the space by the neighbors, also proposing a more sustainable water management.
For the pavements, a striped concrete screed combined with areas of green lattice has been chosen.
As regards gardening, a large area of grass is proposed for stays, with shrub species and occasional trees that cast shade and have ornamental value. In the paved area, it is proposed to create 3 flower beds with aromatic plants, which provide color and smell.
Mixed management of rainwater is proposed, allowing part of the water to continue to be absorbed by the ground while another part is poured into the network.
