This Plan promoted by Pamplona City Council sets out the objective of “achieving the maximum levels of integration of people with disabilities who reside in our city or who visit us for long or short periods of time and whatever the circumstances.”
For this, firstly, a diagnosis of the current state of accessibility conditions in public space and municipal buildings and facilities, in the services provided or maintained by the City Council and in the communication tools between citizens and the municipal administration has been prepared. Technical and citizen participation has been integrated since this phase by the hand of arbuleku.
In view of the diagnosis, more than 60 measures have been established to be applied between 2022 and 2026, programmed and budgeted, for a progressive implementation that ensures the effective improvement of comprehensive accessibility conditions in the city.
